FOR AND AGAINST ESSAY - Oriol García

Nowadays, speak two languages can help for many situations, and also, if you know a great variety of languages, you can get a job easier.

Because in Spain, for example, there are more than one language it is easier be bilingual. Be bilingual, helps you and make you more open-minded, it allows you talk and think in other language. For example, I can talk with some of Catalonia in Catalan, and with other from Seville in Spanish.

In other hand, I have to recognize because it even happens to me, that is so easy to mix some words of the different languages. But, I think be bilingual does not has any against, I can only see advantages.

To sum up, be bilingual opens you more door for everything, job, friendships… than be monolingual.
