Speaking new languages

Nowadays, communication has become crutial in the globalized world we live in. Languages help us communicate but are they actually useful?

A lot of people see learning a language as a way of understanding a new culture and the traditions and knowledge that come with it. Besides, being able to speak more than one language is something that most companies look for when hiring employees.

On the other hand, being fluent in a new language requires lots of practice and studying and can seem a waste of time in your daily life if you don't travel often or know many foreign people.

All in all, I personally believe that speaking several languages allows you to know cultures better and can also be very useful when looking for a job. Despite speaking fluently takes time, it teaches you valuable things not everyone knows.
