Dear Gadget store.
I am writing to complain about the MP3 player I bought from one of your shops in Barcelona last friday.
The firsts days, the MP3 player worked really well so I was very happy with it. I had downloaded some songs too, wich I had recorded them to the MP3 player and it had been working very well for some days when, one day, I couldn't hear any of those songs. Apart, I am very dissapointed with the battery life. I followed the instructions to research the battery, but the MP3 player only lasts one day instead of the advertised 3 day battery life.
In addition, the box said that it included a power adapter but it wasn't there.
To conclude, I’m very dissapointed with your service as a gadget
store that you are.
So, to solve the problem, I would like you to send me a new MP3 player of the same model and colour if it is possible, or give to me my money back if it is posible too.
