I am
writing to issue a formal moan regarding an MP3 Player I bought last Friday
from a site called Gadgets. This is the first time I have encountered such
problem with this website and I assume that this is one-time incident that does
not represent the values of your business in any way.
Among
the problems that I need you to address are as follows: Firstly, the MP3
Player was supposed to be cordless, but it wasn’t. In all likelihood I would
say that you gave me another model due to the high demand of the product. Moreover,
the box had no charger so I had to buy one. In fact, I would not have complaint
if the MP3 had worked, regardless of the MP3 Player model and the lack of the
charger.
I
tried to call your customer service online but so far, I have been offered no
resolution to this issue. I expect that you could kindly look into this matter
