Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing you to complaint about some problems I
have had since I purchased an MP3 Player last Friday in your online store,
“Gadgets”.
When I purchased the MP3 Player there was an option to
receive the product on Monday paying an extra five euros, that I paid. I waited
all Monday, but my package did not arrive, so I decided to call the customer
service. The person who attended me, Mark, was very rude and unrespectful when
I asked for a refund of the extra five euros that I paid.
After all these problems, when my package arrived two
days later, I discovered that the product you sent to me was not the one I
purchased. I purchased an MP3 Player with storage for a hundred songs, but you
sent to me one with half of this storage.
I tried to call your customer service again, but they
do not answer. Now I am asking for a complete refund of my purchase.
