FORMAL COMPLAINT
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am contacting you in order to express my disappointment with a MP3 player of your company that I bought via Internet last friday.
The main issue with the player is that it does not identify any type of headphones. Therefore, I haven't been able to listen to any of the music I have downloaded whether I use headphones or earphones. I have also tried restarting the MP3, however, nothing seems to be working.
I have called your telephone number but the person who attended me could not help me and told me to get in contact with you directly. I would like to ask for a refund and a new MP3 player. I have attached a copy of my receipt in case you need it.
I hope you consider my petition and I look forward to hearing from you.
