Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to complain about the fraud I suffered from your company.

Last Friday I bought a MP3 trough your website Gadgets.uk, model 3.5, white and red and a headphone set MP3 2.0. To begin with when I received the box I couldn’t found the headphone set and what is worst is that there wasn’t any charger so I couldn’t use it until my friend lend me his charger. The MP3 is not the model I bought is the model 3.0, so everything in this transaction has been completely wrong.

I am very disappointed about your professionalism as a business and I want explanations about this mistake.

I am also open to alternative solutions that your company could offer.
