Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that last friday I saw an advertisement about a MP3 and I decided to purchase it in order to give it to my brother for his birthday. Even though I wanted to obtain this product because in the in the description said that it contains a charger and a headset.
As the web informed the product took four days to arrive and I opened the box before covering up as a present when I notice that there were no headset and also that the charger was not available for that type of MP3. Therefore, I call to the administrative department of your company and they said that they cannot do nothing for me. Nevertheless, after paying for a product I am not in agreement of being content with that purchasing.
If you do not refund my money I would like to receive another MP3 but with the correct complements. I hope that you could solve it as soon as possible.
