FORMAL EMAIL / LETTER - Aida Candelas 

Dear Sir or Madam of the company Gadgets.

I’m writing to company about some problems that I have had whit a product that I bought on your website last Friday, the product that I bought was an mp3.

On the one hand, the package was broken on one side, but I thought nothing of it. The problem comes when I put headphones and I couldn’t listen any song on the mp3 player.

On the other hand, on the site said that the package included a headphone and a charger compatible with mp3, but when I opened the package only was mp3, and it doesn’t even work. 

This is outrageous, I have put a complaint about the bad service of this company, and I hope that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible. In any case, don’t hesitate to contact me.
