Formal Letter - Raul Sotodosos



Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writting with regard to a problem which I suffered last Friday when I bought in your webpage called Gadgets an mp3 Player. Due to my job, constantly I have to buy electronic gadgets like that and I always go to your store because I feel comfortable with the service and the products.

But this time, I am not satisfied with my purchase. I bought a black 32GB mp3 Player, whose package contained a poster which advertise mp3 Player can reproduce music until twelve hours and it is not the truth, because the battery has a life of seven approximately hours.

I would like you to contact me to talk about this, and look for any posible solution to solve this problem.
