MARTÍ A. E. - FORMAL LETTER




Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to inform you about my complete dissatisfaction with the Mp3 player which I purchased from your online store (gadgets) on the 10th of May, 2017.
On the day I bought it, the person in charge of the customer service told me through the internet that it was in good working condition.
On using it for the first time, it worked for a while but, out of the blue, it would stop. I thought maybe I was pressing the wrong button or that the battery was flat. Unfortunately, the device only ran for ten minutes, and then, it made a bizarre sound and shut off automatically.
I have tried to contact the customer service several times but they do not answer me.
I respectfully ask for a repair or a replacement of this faulty Mp3 player within the next two weeks. I hope it will be solved soon, otherwise, I will ask for a full refund.
