At lunch Rebecca talks to Eli about her strange behavior towards Sarah in recent months.
Rebecca: Hi Eli, haven't you noticed that Sarah hasn't come to lunch with us lately? I feel her distant.
Eli: I don't know and I don't care.
Rebecca: Come on, Eli, don't be like that. Has she done something to make you act like that?
Eli: Act in what way? I have no problem with her, if she is a clumsy cheerleader it isn't my fault.
Rebecca: Don't be so demanding, she recently entered the cheerleaders and still has trouble adapting.
Eli: She needs some principles and doesn't have them. So the other day I spoke to her and told her that if she failed again in any movement, I would kick her out of the team.
Rebecca: Eli you don't realize that you are disrespectful and that you cannot threaten Sarah like this, and more knowing how sensitive she is. Take off that character of leader and realize that this way you will be alone in the team.
Eli: You're right Rebecca, I'll speak to Sarah right away and apologize for how I spoke to her. Thanks for opening my eyes.
