INFORMAL LETTER
Dear Sarah,
How are
you? I hope that things are going perfect around there. First of all, I would
like to thank your parents for letting me stay in your house, it has been a
while since you ended the exchange and left Barcelona and I miss you, I also
miss Alfred and the other boys, they were hilarious. I’m very nervous as my
departure is in three days, so close by that I cannot take it out of my head.
I had never
been there so I expect to see weird stuff as soon as I jump out of the plane.
They say that Sydney has a beautiful coast line (I can’t wait to scuba dive
through the great barrier reef) and that the opera house is magnificent. I also
hope to see at least one koala there and it would be great to see more of the
exotic fauna like platypus or kangaroos, here the most exotic thing is Umberto,
you surely remember him. I’m sure that you will take me to wonderful places
that only locals know and that you will feed me with the local gastronomy.
Anyway I
will leave all the planning to you boys like we did here in Barcelona, I miss
the boys so I hope we can make fond memories as we did here. I truly miss you.
